FTPS and SFTP Protocols for Universal Firmware Updates Added
You can now define the protocol type (FTP, FTPS, or SFTP) for Universal Firmware Updates, see Universal Firmware Update.
Cache
Cache is now activated permanently. Cache parameters for views and searches can now be set under Menu Bar > Misc > Settings > Views and Searches, see Views and Searches.
Saving Option for Search Results Added
Results of search queries can now be saved as XML, XSL-FO, HTML, or CSV files. See Context Menu of a Search Query.
The device information can now be copied in ASCII format. See Content Panel.
TLS Protocols Available in Mail Settings
You can define the Available TLS Protocols in the Mail Settings, see Mail Settings.
Legend Added
A legend has been added to the menu bar of the UMS Console. This legend contains all symbols and their meanings that are used in the UMS Console, see Help.
Installing UMS on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8

MS SQL Server Always On Availability Groups

Messages to Devices
You can control whether messages to devices are allowed or not, and whether they can be sent in rich format or plain text only. For details, see Messages to Devices.
Shadowing via ICG

Device Licenses View
To manage large amounts of device licenses, a filter has been added to the device licenses view. For details, see Device Licenses.
You can control whether the results of views and searches are loaded instantly on selection of the view or search or on a button click. Moreover, the caching of results can be configured. For details, see Views and Searches.
Import Devices with Unit ID
Devices can be imported with their unit ID, which enables importing UD Pockets. For details, see Import with Short Format and Import with Long Format.
Redesign of ICG Remote Installer
The ICG Remote Installer can now import and create certificates, so that it is possible to execute the complete installation process from the ICG remote installer. For details, see the ICG manual chapters Installing an Existing Certificate Chain, Creating Certificates from an Existing Root Certificate and Creating a Certificate Using the UMS.
