Evaluation of UMS Permissions

The evaluation of UMS permissions has changed: If you set Deny on a node, you cannot set Allow permission on a subnode. See No Permissions after the UMS Update and Access Rights.

UMS Web App (Early Feature Set)

A web-based interface has been added. The UMS Web App is activated in the UMS installer during the installation or update procedure. For detailed information, see UMS Web App.

Cipher Suites

In the UMS Administrator, the list of available cipher suites has been reduced. See "The List of Default Cipher Suites" under Settings.

Support for JKS Keystores

The import of keystore files supports now also JKS keystores. For the list of supported keystore types, see Certificate Management.

Naming Convention

A dash "-", which was previously added automatically between the prefix and the consecutive number, is now optional and editable under UMS Administration > Global Configuration > Device Network Settings > Naming Convention > Prefix. See Device Network Settings.
