The following document explains how you can ensure corporate security in a "bring your own device" (BYOD) model simply by using IGEL UD Pocket.

Rationale

Letting users access company resources with their own devices and software poses a security risk: These systems may have insecure configurations or even contain malware. In addition, company data should not be saved on users' private devices.

Instructions

Use the IGEL UD Pocket. This ensures the use of secure and trusted software. As the UD Pocket does not access the device's mass storage, company data and private data will remain separated.

For details on the IGEL UD Pocket and on how to select it during the boot procedure, see IGEL UD Pocket Manual.
