Searching more efficiently
The IGEL Knowledge Base is powered by a powerful search engine.
If you are getting too many or too unspecific search results, try the following.
Search in product-specific areas
Searches performed from the start page of the Knowledge Base are generally global, meaning that the whole product documentation will be searched.
You can easily narrow the search results by searching in product-specific area, meaning that if you're looking, for example, for information on IGEL OS, you should first go to the IGEL OS manual and perform your search there.
Use several keywords
If you want, for example, learn how to restart the IGEL Cloud Gateway, combine the keywords "restart" and "icg" into one search query:
This will search for documents that contain both the keyword "icg" and "restart"
