It is important to verify that UEFI Secure Boot has been properly enabled.

Check the following points to see whether UEFI SecureBoot is working.

• The boot splash contains a lock symbol in the bottom right.

On IGEL OS:

• In the About window, the parameter Boot Mode is set to the value UEFI Secure Boot.

On Microsoft Windows IoT (version 4.03.100 higher):

• In the IGEL Device Information tool, in de Hardware tab, Boot Mode is set to the value UEFI Secure Boot.
