You do not understand the language of the operating system.
Reason/Goal
You need to change the language of the OS to the language of your country.
If you work with Windows 10 IoT you simply can configure the language settings in the setup or via the UMS under IGEL Setup > User interface > Language. The languages are already integrated.
If you work with older Windows versions, you will have to install language packs. It is helpful for you to organize the language packs globally in the UMS.
Always install language packs before you install updates. If you install an update that contains language-dependent resources before you install a language pack, the language-specific changes that are contained in the update are not applied.
IGEL Universal Desktop W7 3.12.100 and newer requires language packs in the new v8 format. These are available at https://www.igel.com/software-downloads/ and are not compatible with older firmware releases.
