Remote Management

• Remote management evaluates an HTTP cookie which is propagated to the device during the ICG handshake and uses this cookie in all HTTP and WebSocket connections belonging to the established ICG connection. This enables the load balancing mechanism involving an affinity HTTP cookie to relate device's HTTP and WebSocket requests to a particular ICG connection.

• Upgraded libwebsockets to v4.1.6

• IGEL remote manager agent exposes in all ICG connections and HTTP(s) requests the User-Agent HTTP header in the form: igel-rmagent/\<RMAGENTVERSION>
