How to Remove Multiple Devices from a Product Pack in the IGEL License Portal
You can remove multiple hardware devices from a Product Pack either by manually selecting them or by uploading a CSV file that lists the devices you want to remove.
Bulk removal is useful when devices are decommissioned, reassigned to another Product Pack, or no longer require licenses. Bulk removal is useful when devices are decommissioned, moved to another Product Pack, or no longer require licenses.
Before you start
Confirm that the selected devices are not in active use.
Verify that you have permission to manage Product Packs.
Removing hardware releases the associated licenses.
The released licenses can later be reassigned to other devices or Product Packs.
Option 1: Remove Hardware Manually
Log in to the IGEL Customer Portal at https://support.igel.com/csm and open the ILP. The dashboard is shown.
In the ILP navigation, go to Licenses > Subscription Key > Product Pack.

Locate and click the Product Pack from which you want to remove hardware.
The Product Pack details page opens.
In the Hardware page, review the list of devices assigned to the pack.
Select the checkboxes next to the devices you want to remove.

Click Remove.
The selected hardware entries are removed from the Product Pack.
Option 2: Remove Multiple Devices Using a CSV file
If you need to remove a large number of devices, you can upload a CSV file containing their hardware identifiers (such as MAC Addresses or Flash Serial).
On the same Hardware page, click Remove Multiple.

In the Upload .csv of devices to be removed dialog, click Select file and select the file from your device that lists the hardware to be removed.

ILP will match the hardware identifiers in the CSV and remove the corresponding devices from the Product Pack.
For details about CSV file structure, see Working with CSV Files in the IGEL License Portal.
You can also download a CSV file of the hardware currently in a Product Pack from the same tab before preparing your upload.

Verification
The removed devices no longer appear in the Hardware list.
The Licenses Used counter updates automatically to reflect available licenses.
You can reassign the released licenses to other devices after synchronization.
