How to Use IGEL OS 11 with IGEL Subscription - Create an EMP Product Pack from a WE Product Pack
When you purchase an IGEL subscription for IGEL OS 11 devices, you may need to explicitly assign Enterprise Management Pack (EMP) licenses to enable all features. You can use the IGEL License Portal (ILP) to create EMP Product Packs from the Workspace Edition (WE) Product Pack included in your subscription.
Creating an EMP Product Pack
Log in to IGEL Customer Portal at https://support.igel.com/csm and open the ILP.
Your dashboard is shown.
Open Licenses from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click on the Subscription Key from which you want to create the EMP Product Pack.
Click Generate Product Pack.
The EMP Product Pack will be generated automatically.
A confirmation dialog in the bottom right corner appears to verify that the EMP Product Pack was created successfully.
Refresh the page to see the updated list of Product Packs.
The newly created EMP Product Pack appears in the list.
