In some circumstances, shadowing via the UMS Console may fail to start.

Mitigation
The issue is caused by a Bouncy Castle version conflict.
As a workaround, remove the following JAR file from the affected server:
${IGEL_INSTALL_DIR}/IGEL/RemoteManager/rmguiserver/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/lib/pdfbox-app-3.0.6.jar
After removing the file, restart the server.
This restores shadowing functionality in the UMS Console.
Impact
Removing the JAR affects only the offline view of the user manual in the UMS Console.
Resolution
The issue is resolved in UMS 12.12.100.
