Submitting a New Test

The more hardware test results we add, the more extensive the database.

You are welcome to submit your experiences with a click in the details of every hardware device.

  1. Choose the hardware device you have tested.
  2. Click Details at the right bottom of the mask, to get more information about the selected hardware.

  3. Click Submit new test to report a new test.

  4. Enter your Name, Company, Email and the Firmware you have tested with.
  5. Optionally, add Comments, Limitations and Hints.
  6. Click Submit.
    You will get a message with information about further steps.
    Your test will be checked from the product management team and afterwards it will be unlocked and shown up in the database.

Including a New Device

You are welcome to also add new devices to our 3rd-Party-Hardware Database.

Please send us a request with all relevant information like firmware, device ID etc. to the following e-mail address: devicerequest@igel.com.
