Supported Devices

All Elo Entuitive brand touchmonitors with an internal serial controller.

Elo Serial Controllers:

• IntelliTouch(R) 2500S, 2310B, 2310, 2300, 2701S,
• CarrollTouch(R) 4000S, 4500S,
• AccuTouch(R) 2210, 2216, 2218.

Calibration / Reset

Calibrating the touchscreen:

1. Go to IGEL Setup > User interface > Input > Touchscreen.
2. Set Touchscreen already calibrated to false.

   	> Touchscreen already calibrated	userinterface.touchscreen.calibrated	enabled / disabled

3. Set Touchscreen Type to Elographics (serial).

   	IGEL Setup > User Interface > Input > Touchscreen
   	> Touchscreen Type	userinterface.touchscreen.driver

4. Reboot the device or click Main menu > Accessories > Touchscreen Calibration to use the IGEL touchscreen calibration tool.
   This will call the proprietary ELO Singletouch Serial calibration tool which is located at /etc/opt/elo-ser/elovaLite. The calibration parameter will be saved in /wfs/elo-serial.d/SerialConfigData.

Gestures

Is not supported.

Multi Monitor

Is not supported.
