Shutdown

Menu path: Setup > System > Power Options > Shutdown

This setup page contains settings for shutting down the system.

• Allow system shutdown:

  Allows the user to shut down the device.

• Allow system suspend:

  Allows the user to place the device in standby mode.

• Allow canceling of shutdown process

  Allows the user to cancel the shutdown or standby process.

• Default action: Defines which action is pre-selected in the dialog shown:
  • Shutdown
  • Suspend
  • Cancel
  • Nothing
• Dialog Timeout: Time span in seconds after which the option pre-selected in the dialog is executed.
• Disable dialog:

  When shutting down the device, no dialog which with the user can interact is shown.
