The IGEL bootloader may show the following message: Couldn’t find valid IGEL partition. Please contact our support (service area on www.igel.com) to recover the system.
It is also possible that the BIOS shows a message stating that it could not find a boot medium. In this case, the bootloader could not be installed.
Solution
To contact the IGEL support team, find the service area on the IGEL website. The IGEL support team can provide you with a UDC 10 Recovery or UD Pocket Recovery.
