You have manually created thin clients or devices which have been converted via the UDC. These devices have no licenses. You now need to add the licenses to be able to use certain firmware functions.
Reason/Goal
You need an easy way of rolling out the missing licenses to the right devices.
These can be upgrade licenses, licenses for the UDC2 or for special additional products, e.g. licenses for Shared Workplace.
Solution
As best practice, we suggest using the UMS' License Management. This way, you can import licenses from a server and create licenses from a smartcard.
