How to Review the Assigned Product Packs in the ILP
Starting January 1, 2026, the Workspace Edition license will be replaced by the new IGEL Subscription License (ISL). This only applies to newly purchased licenses. Existing Workspace Edition licenses will remain valid. For this reason, Workspace Edition licenses (WE) and IGEL Subscription Licenses (ISL) are listed separately in the IGEL License Portal (ILP) and cannot be merged. Further information can be found here.
Reviewing Product Pack assignments helps ensure that licenses are connected to the correct Universal Management Suite (UMS) instance.
This is especially useful when troubleshooting license consumption, preparing for renewals, verifying deployment paths, or managing multiple UMS environments.
The ILP allows you to view assignments from several perspectives depending on what you want to check.
You can review Product Pack Assignments in three ways:
by selecting a specific UMS ID, or
by using the Search bar to locate Product Packs directly.
These options allow you to confirm which Product Packs are linked to each UMS and how licenses are distributed.
Reviewing assignments helps confirm that Product Packs are correctly linked before license deployment.
Product Packs can be viewed from multiple entry points, but are managed centrally under Licenses > Subscription Key > Product Pack.
If a Product Pack appears unassigned or duplicated, check with your company administrator.
