Imprivata Appliance

  • On-prem or Azure deployed

  • G4 Appliances: 7.10 and higher 

  • G3 Appliances: 7.6-7.10  

IMPORTANT:  Imprivata no longer supports the G3 appliance. IAFI can still work with the ProveID Web API running on G3 appliance versions, but customers should migrate to the G4 appliances for production use. 

Please refer to the Imprivata support site for a list of currently maintained versions.

Imprivata Licensing

REQUIRED: 

  • Authentication Management (AM) 

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) 

  • ProveID Web API 

OPTIONAL: 

  • Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)

IMPORTANT:

  • Restricted API Access for ProveID Web API is not supported

IAFI does not support these additional Imprivata licensed options for primary authentication:

  • Fingerprint identification (one-to-many match)

  • Imprivata ID for Windows access

  • External ID token

  • VASCO OTP token authentication
