Subscription Key |
|
The Subscription Key is a permanent ID that is used to decouple the actual license order or renewal from the management and assignment of the licenses in the IGEL License Portal (ILP) and the IGEL Universal Management Suite (UMS). If you want to renew your subscriptions, you need the Subscription Key to place the order.

Product Pack |
|
A Product Pack is a term used in the ILP to refer to a set of licenses. A Product Pack ID is assigned to a permanent Subscription Key. The administrator works with the Product Packs in the ILP to roll out licenses via the UMS to IGEL OS endpoint devices. |

Product Pack ID |
|
The Product Pack ID is an identifier used for administration tasks in the ILP, like splitting or merging Product Packs, or for deploying licenses via Automatic License Deployment (ALD). It consists of a product specific prefix, a dash, and 5 numbers and/or letters. |

UMS ID |
|
The Universal Management Suite (UMS) ID is a unique identifier for each UMS installation. In regards of licenses, it is used when deploying licenses via Automatic License Deployment (ALD). It ensures that licenses are only applied to devices managed by the corresponding UMS server. |
