User Login

If you have a license, you can easily log in to an endpoint device with IGEL Shared Workplace:

  1. Boot the device.
    A login window will appear.

  2. Log in with your AD login data.
    You will receive the profile settings that are stored for you in the UMS.

The device configuration which is active for the user logged in is the result of cumulating all profiles which have been assigned either directly or indirectly to the device or the user. See also Prioritization of Profiles in the IGEL UMS .
