Creating a new Picture Directory

If you want to organize the files you are uploading to the UMS server, it is advisable to create your own directories in the UMS filetransfer.
Create a new directory for your pictures in the UMS filetransfer:

1. Open the UMS console.
2. Click System > Snapshot management to open the webdav directory.

   

3. Double-click the ums_filetransfer directory to get a list of its contents.
4. Right-click in the list window and choose New Folder or click .
   A new directory will be created.
5. In the webdav directory list, rename the new directory, e.g. MyPictures.

   

6. Close the window.
