Troubleshooting: UMS 12 HA Not Working After Upgrade

Problem

The UMS HA is not starting correctly after an upgrade from UMS 6 to UMS 12.

Environment

  • UMS 12 HA Installation

  • Windows Server

Solution

Enable the TCP/IPv6 option in the network adapter settings of the Windows server. For more details on installation requirements, see HA: Installation Requirements .
