App Proxy
Action required: After updating to UMS 12.13.100, environments that require a proxy for Distributed App Repositories (currently via the Cloud Services proxy or a workaround) must configure the new DAR proxy setting under Apps > Settings > UMS > Update Proxy > Manage Binary App Repositories; otherwise, DAR communication may stop working.
