The figure below illustrates the process and validity period for a UMA maintenance. The maintenance's initial term (1) commences after it has been activated (2) on the IGEL License Portal. A maintenance renewal can be purchased (3) and activated (4) at any time during the valid maintenance and loaded in UMS 5. The term of the maintenance renewal (5) commences without interruption when the previous maintenance ends.
Renewing Your UMA Maintenance
When you have ordered a maintenance renewal, your IGEL reseller or the IGEL Customer Care team has sent you a new Delivery Token. This is all you need to make the renewal effective.
To renew a maintenance:
Log in at the IGEL License Portal (ILP): https://activation.igel.com. If you have not registered yet, you must register first. Your dashboard is shown.
Select Register Delivery Token.
Enter the Delivery Token and click Send.
The page Order Details is shown, which contains the details about your renewal.
