Cisco Jabber Softphone for VDI (Cisco Jabber VDI, Cisco JVDI) optimizes voice and video calls in virtual desktop environments. It processes voice and video traffic locally, i.e. on the IGEL OS endpoint, thus improving call quality and reducing the processing load on the virtual desktop infrastructure.
